Q: “ALL SALES ARE FINAL?”
Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order. If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be cancelled. The shipping and billing address must match as it is makes sure all the information is correct so your order shipped in a timely manner.
Q: “RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?”
We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time. If Order is cancelled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card.
Q: “ORDERS?”
All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed. In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
